Good Room Size. Excellent Room Design. Very Clean. Good Location .. nearby has 7-11, pharmacy and various restaurants and eatery. Has good Hot Spring facility. Has good Kids Friendly Entertainment area .. very suitable for those travelling with young kids.

Would stay again.

Amazing buffet brunch. Loved the hot springs and that there's a place inside the hotel to soak your feet with the fish.

Wish the indoors activities included some things to do for older children.

Excellent hotel experience!

Everything. Especially the prompt and proactive service. Nothing is too difficult it seems. I gave a passing comment about smell in the toilet, and the room service staff ensured everything was taken care of. The facility is renovated, and everything is well thought through. Especially the hotel parking system (esp when compared to Art Spa where to moved from). So much fun activities to do in the hotel too. My son could not be happier with kids club, and my wife and I could not happier with the hotel spa facility.

Skip the breakfast. The spread is very wide, but taste wise, very mediocre.

The tiled floor was a bit hard to walk on. And it gets wet easily.

Wonderful

Loved the outdoor hot springs pools, size and comfort of the room (plus it’s hot springs tub), snacks.

Wish hot springs pools were open longer into the evening.

Amazing place. Grateful that staff also recommended a wonderful restaurant for us to try nearby and helped us book taxis. There were cute kids toothbrushes in the rooms too!

Pleasant and will visit again.

The staffs were super nice and helpful, I travelled with my family include my two years old boy and my pregnant sister, they upgraded one room for us so we could stay closer to each other.

There were quite a few of the electric cars in the playroom which weren’t working but that was one of the reason we went there for and the gym room hours also doesn’t quite match our needs.
